- 3 cups watermelon, diced
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions
- Start by hulking and slicing the strawberries.
- Next, dice the watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
- Take fresh mint leaves and chop them into small pieces. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and diced watermelon.
- Sprinkle the chopped mint over the fruit mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey (if using) until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
- If desired, add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors and mix gently again.
- For a refreshing touch, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Scoop the salad into individual serving bowls or a large serving platter.
