Description

A delicious and creamy pistachio milkshake perfect for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp pistachio butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender starting with the ice, milk, pistachio butter, sugar, xanthan gum, and sea salt and blend.
  2. Serve in a tall glass, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped pistachios for a pretty drink or enjoy as is.

Notes

  • For added sweetness, adjust sugar to taste.
  • Chopped pistachios can be added on top for garnish.
