Ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tbsp pistachio butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the blender starting with the ice, milk, pistachio butter, sugar, xanthan gum, and sea salt and blend.
- Serve in a tall glass, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped pistachios for a pretty drink or enjoy as is.
Notes
- This milkshake can be made with non-dairy milk to cater to dietary preferences.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar based on your taste.
