Description

This simple Instant Pot shredded chicken recipe is perfect for meal prep, tacos, salads, and more!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Add 2-3 pounds chicken breasts, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper to the Instant Pot.
  2. Place the lid on and set the lid valve to the “sealing” position. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  3. After the cook time, do a quick release on the pressure by moving the valve on the lid to the “venting” position.
  4. Remove the lid and shred the chicken with 2 forks.
  5. Serve immediately while warm.
