This simple Instant Pot shredded chicken recipe is perfect for meal prep, tacos, salads, and more!
Ingredients

- 2–3 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Add 2-3 pounds chicken breasts, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper to the Instant Pot.
- Place the lid on and set the lid valve to the “sealing” position. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
- After the cook time, do a quick release on the pressure by moving the valve on the lid to the “venting” position.
- Remove the lid and shred the chicken with 2 forks.
- Serve immediately while warm.
