Description

A simple and delicious honey Dijon vinaigrette that can elevate any salad.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ⅛ teaspoon Kosher salt or fine sea salt
  • black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar with a lid.
  2. Whisk or shake until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust ingredients as needed: more apple cider vinegar or Dijon if you want it tangier, more honey if you want it sweeter, more olive oil if it’s too tangy, additional salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Dressing can be used immediately or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  5. Whisk or shake to recombine dressing before using.
