- 10 oz Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 16 oz Velveeta Cheese
- 8 oz Cream Cheese

- 1 cup Diced Jalapeños
- 1 cup Extra Cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess grease, add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is softened and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in Rotel tomatoes and chili powder, and allow to simmer gently for about 3 minutes.
- Add Velveeta cheese cubes to the skillet, stirring until melted and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in cream cheese until fully incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm with tortilla chips.
