Description

A delicious Chicken Naan Caesar Salad topped with a homemade Caesar dressing, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 batch Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 head romaine lettuce (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (thinly sliced)
  • 1 package (8 oz) naan (2 naans)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (divided)
  • 2/3 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 4 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • Toppings as desired

Instructions

  1. Make the Caesar dressing and chill until ready to use. OR prepare the salad kit.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place naan on a lined sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil (about ½ tsp per naan). Bake for 2 minutes, then remove.
  3. Divide chicken evenly over the naan. Sprinkle with mozzarella (about ⅓ cup per naan) and 1–2 tbsp Parmesan per naan.
  4. Return to the oven and bake for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Wash, thoroughly dry, and chop the romaine. Toss with desired amount of dressing. Otherwise, assemble Caesar salad kit.
  6. Slice the pizzas, spoon salad on top, and finish with any extra toppings. Drizzle with more dressing if desired. Serve right away.
