Description

A delicious sauce made with Biscoff cookie butter, perfect for drizzling over desserts or mixing into drinks.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter to a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly as the mixture begins to heat and the cookie butter melts into the mixture.
  3. Once it reaches a gentle simmer, reduce the heat to low and let it bubble for 2–3 minutes, whisking often.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  5. Let cool completely before transferring to a jar or squeeze bottle.
