Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic (grated or minced)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 3 tbsp warm water (to thin sauce)
  • 6 oz noodles (spaghetti, ramen, or rice noodles)
  • 1 tsp salt (for boiling water)

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles in salted water according to package directions.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and chili flakes.
  3. Add warm water to thin the sauce to desired consistency.
  4. Drain noodles and toss immediately with peanut sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Garnish with peanuts, scallions, and cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • This recipe can be adjusted for spice level by adding more or less chili flakes.
