Description
Delicious puff pastry bites filled with brie cheese and cranberry sauce, perfect for appetizers.

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 6 oz Brie cheese
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares. Press each square into a mini muffin well.
- Cut Brie into 1/2-inch cubes and place one cube into each pastry square.
- Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the cheese in each cup.
- Sprinkle each with a small amount of chopped walnuts, pressing gently.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with a small rosemary sprig if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- These bites can be made in advance and frozen before baking. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from frozen.
